Made-to-order production

Many YAZH products are produced after an order is placed. Production and delivery timing can vary by product, destination and fulfillment route.

Shipping

Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are calculated and shown at checkout. When tracking is available, it will be shared using the contact information on your order.

Address changes

If you notice an address error, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipment, an address change might no longer be possible.

Returns and order issues

Because many items are made to order, return eligibility can vary by product and reason. Please review the product details before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
